Webflow Experts Transforming Mental Health
Unmind, a cultural change platform for mental health and wellbeing, had built their website on Webflow but needed a leading partner to support their ongoing design and development. We came in and first audited their website to find UX issues, with actionable recommendations. After actioning those changes we became Unmind's dedicated partner, working with them since June 2021 to present, design and develop a range of pages and sections on the current Unmind site, as well as other tasks such as language adaptations.

The problem we were trying to solve was to improve the user experience and design of Unmind's website, ensuring that it reflected their brand's ethos of promoting mental health and wellbeing. Our goal was to create a website that was easy to navigate and provided a positive user experience while accurately conveying Unmind's message. The brief was to identify UX issues and recommend solutions to improve the website's design and functionality. Our take on the brief was to take a user-centric approach, focusing on the end-user experience.
We began by conducting a thorough audit of Unmind's website, identifying UX issues and providing actionable recommendations. We then worked closely with the Unmind team to design and develop a range of pages and sections, using sketches, wireframes, and user flows to ensure that each element was designed with the user in mind.
Throughout the project, we encountered several challenges, such as the need to balance functionality with design aesthetics and the requirement to ensure that the website remained accessible to all users, including those with disabilities.
We learned the importance of communicating regularly with our client to ensure that we were meeting their needs and expectations. We made a conscious effort to collaborate closely with the Unmind team, taking their input into account at each stage of the design process.
We've continuously delivered fully redesigned and developed solutions for the Unmind Webflow site that accurately reflected Unmind's message and brand. The website is easier to navigate, with a clean, modern design that put the user's needs first. We also developed a range of pages and sections, ensuring that each element was consistent with the overall design and user experience.
Overall, the project was a great success, with Unmind now having a website that accurately reflects its message and brand while providing a positive user experience. During the partnership, Unmind announced that it has acquired Frankie Health and launched Unmind Talk, after raising $47 million in funding. Looking forward, we believe that there are opportunities to expand the website's functionality further, such as incorporating additional features and content to provide even greater value to users. We are proud to have been part of such a meaningful project and look forward to seeing the positive impact it will have on mental health and wellbeing.
